The Locker Room Doctor is flipping the clinic. Rather than you going to the doctor, they are coming to you with their funny and informative style to tackle men’s health questions.
Started by Dr. Mike Evans, he wanted to replicate the kinds of spontaneous health discussions guys have with him in the locker room after a game. LRD’s high quality infectious health media engages in what they call, “peer-to-peer healthcare,” a way to encourage guys to discuss their health concerns among friends.
Managing Director of Reframe Health labs, Mike Heinrich sat down for an interview with 680 News’ Geoff Rohoman to speak on the growing movement.
“When you meet in the locker room after the game, every once and awhile a medical question would come up – and as soon as one guy started asking about something, it kind of broke the ice, and other guys would feel a bit more comfortable to ask their men’s health questions,” says Heinrich.
